Patient Information & Clinic Policies

Consent. Every treatment requires a signed consent form, completed with your practitioner before the session begins. Please tell us about any medical condition, allergy or medication at your consultation.

Aftercare. Please follow your pre- and post-treatment instructions in full. They are part of your treatment and affect both your result and your safety.

Packages. Treatment packages are non-refundable and non-transferable, and are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Sessions not used within the validity period are forfeited.

Appointments. Please arrive on time. Missed appointments without notice will be deducted as a used session from your package. Let us know as early as you can if you need to reschedule and we will do our best to move you.

Results. Individual results vary. No specific outcome is guaranteed, and your practitioner will set realistic expectations at your consultation.

Emergencies. We are an outpatient clinic and do not provide emergency care. In an emergency, call 998 for an ambulance or go to your nearest hospital emergency department.
