How It Works
Expression lines form where a muscle folds the same piece of skin thousands of times. A small, precisely placed injection temporarily softens the signal reaching that muscle, so it stops contracting fully and the skin above it settles.
1 · The muscle relaxes — the treated muscle stops contracting at full strength, so it no longer creases the skin above it with every expression.
2 · The skin settles — over the following days lines soften and the area looks smoother and more rested.
3 · Lines are prevented, not just softened — because the fold stops repeating, existing lines are less likely to deepen while the treatment lasts.

2 · Volume Replacement
How It Works
Not every line is caused by a muscle. Faces also lose volume with age — fat pads shift and thin, and the structures that once held everything up gradually give way. When that happens, skin has less beneath it to sit on, so cheeks flatten, folds deepen and the face can look tired even when it isn’t.
Volume replacement uses world-leading injectable products to restore support where it has been lost. Placed correctly, the result is that you look rested rather than treated — nobody should be able to point at what you’ve had done.

Which One Do I Need?
A simple way to tell: if the line appears when you make an expression, it’s usually a muscle line and anti-wrinkle treatment is the answer. If it’s there when your face is completely at rest, it’s more likely a volume issue. Many faces have both, and the two treatments work well together — our clinical team will assess this properly at your consultation rather than you having to decide.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will I look frozen? No — that comes from over-treating. Our clinical team treats conservatively and reviews the result, so you keep your expressions. You should look rested, not different.
Does it hurt? The needles are very fine and numbing is used where needed. Most patients describe it as a brief pinch rather than pain.
When will I see results? Volume replacement shows immediately and refines over one to two weeks. Anti-wrinkle treatment appears gradually over the days after and settles fully within about two weeks.
Can I have both in one visit? Often yes — the two work well together. Our clinical team will confirm what’s appropriate for you and in what order.
What should I avoid afterwards? We’ll give you full aftercare instructions at your visit — typically avoiding heat, heavy exercise and lying flat for a short period. Following them properly affects both your result and your safety.
